Refund terms for IELTS.WORK digital subscriptions and teacher boost services.
Digital access
Because Weekly Prediction Packs are digital products delivered immediately after purchase, completed subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
Duplicate or accidental payments
If you believe you were charged twice or purchased by mistake, contact us promptly at [email protected]. We review reasonable refund requests case by case.
Teacher Boost services
Refunds are not normally available after teacher review work has started or feedback has been delivered.
Cancellation
You may cancel future subscription renewals. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous digital access periods.
