Affiliate Agreement

By applying, you agree that IELTS.WORK may approve, reject, suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion. Registration creates an inactive affiliate account by default. Tracking links may function while inactive, but inactive affiliates are not eligible for commission settlement unless IELTS.WORK later activates and approves the account.

You are an independent promoter and not an employee, partner, agent or legal representative of IELTS.WORK. You may not claim guaranteed scores, official IELTS affiliation, leaked questions, official exam access, fixed commission rates or guaranteed payment. You must not use spam, misleading advertising, trademark abuse, impersonation, fake scarcity, unlawful content or any promotion that may damage IELTS.WORK.

Commission eligibility, rate, attribution, payment timing and settlement method are determined by IELTS.WORK case by case. IELTS.WORK may adjust commission terms, withhold settlement, reverse attribution, request proof of traffic quality or refuse commission where fraud, refund, chargeback, inactive status, policy violation or suspicious activity is detected. No commission amount is guaranteed by registration or by link clicks.

You are responsible for taxes, compliance with local advertising rules and accurate disclosure of affiliate relationships where required. IELTS.WORK may contact you by email about registration, tracking, compliance and settlement review.
