In this essay, I will analyze the impact of poverty on educational outcomes and discuss the potential solutions to mitigate these negative effects.

Firstly, poverty can have a detrimental effect on a child's access to education. Children from low-income families often attend schools with inadequate resources, such as outdated textbooks, poorly trained teachers, and limited extracurricular activities. These conditions hinder the learning process and limit the potential of these students to excel academically. Moreover, children in impoverished households may need to work or take care of their siblings, which significantly reduces the amount of time they can dedicate to their education.

Secondly, poverty also affects a child's academic performance due to malnutrition and health issues. Children living in poor families often suffer from malnutrition, which impacts their cognitive development and learning abilities.
