In conclusion, the fashion industry's current practices are not sustainable due to their environmental impact, overconsumption of resources, waste management issues, and ethical concerns. For the industry to become more environmentally responsible, it must adopt sustainable practices such as reducing its carbon footprint, using recycled materials, implementing effective waste management systems, and ensuring fair labor conditions.
