In this essay, I will discuss how these factors have contributed to an escalation in political activism, and analyze the potential consequences of this development on both a national and international level.

Firstly, the rise of the internet and social media platforms has played a pivotal role in fostering political engagement. These digital tools have not only facilitated the sharing of information but also provided a platform for individuals to express their views and opinions. As a result, grassroots movements and protests have gained momentum, with activists using online resources to organize, fundraise, and raise awareness on various issues. For instance, the Arab Spring in 2011 was largely catalyzed by social media campaigns that sparked a wave of revolutionary activities across several Middle Eastern countries.

Secondly, globalization has led to an increase in cross-cultural interactions, which has, in turn, created a more interconnected and aware society. People from diverse backgrounds are now exposed to different perspectives and ideas, leading to a greater understanding of the world's socio-political dynamics.
