In this essay, I will argue that while technology has the potential to promote social justice, it can also hinder it if not used responsibly.

On one hand, technology has played a pivotal role in breaking down barriers and promoting social justice. For instance, the internet has provided a platform for marginalized groups to raise awareness about their issues and connect with like-minded individuals across the globe. This has led to the formation of online communities and support networks, which have facilitated dialogue and understanding between different cultures and societies. Moreover, digital tools such as social media have allowed people to organize protests and campaigns in defense of human rights, demonstrating the power of technology in promoting social justice.

On the other hand, technology can also impede social justice if not utilized appropriately.
