Additionally, online forums and support groups provide a safe space for individuals to share their experiences and seek advice from like-minded people. Furthermore, video conferencing tools like Zoom and Skype have made it possible for families and friends to stay in touch despite living far apart, reducing the feelings of isolation that often come with distance.
