On the one hand, social media has facilitated a new era of instant communication among young people. Platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat enable them to stay connected with friends and family, regardless of geographical location. This increased connectivity fosters a sense of belonging and community, which can be particularly beneficial for those who may feel isolated or marginalized in their local environment. Additionally, social media provides a platform for young people to express themselves creatively through the sharing of personal thoughts, opinions, and artistic endeavors.
