On one hand, technology can be seen as a catalyst for creativity. The advancements in digital tools and software have provided us with numerous platforms to express our thoughts, ideas, and emotions. For instance, graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator have allowed artists to create complex designs that were previously unimaginable. Additionally, social media has become a powerful medium for creative expression, where people share their work and collaborate with others from around the world. In this sense, technology has undoubtedly contributed to enhancing our creative potential.

On the other hand, critics argue that technology may be causing us to lose touch with our innate creativity. As we become more reliant on digital tools, we may overlook the importance of traditional methods such as sketching or writing by hand, which can stimulate the brain and encourage original thinking. Moreover, the ease of access to information through the internet can lead to a phenomenon known as "Google effect," where individuals rely heavily on search engines for information rather than using their critical thinking skills. This over-reliance on technology may hinder our ability to think creatively and independently.

In conclusion, whether technology has made us more or less creative is a matter of perspective. While it has undeniably provided us with new avenues for creative expression and collaboration, the reliance on digital tools might also be diminishing our inherent creativity. As such, striking a balance between traditional methods and technological advancements could be the key to harnessing the full potential of our creative abilities.
