In this essay, I will discuss both perspectives and provide my own opinion on whether or not governments should provide subsidies for cultural organizations.

To begin with, providing financial support to cultural organizations has several benefits. Firstly, it encourages creativity and innovation by allowing artists and performers to focus more on their craft rather than worrying about funding. This can result in the production of high-quality works that contribute significantly to the cultural landscape. Secondly, subsidies help make arts and culture accessible to a wider audience.
