On one hand, technology has provided children with an abundance of resources that facilitate learning. For instance, educational software and apps help reinforce lessons taught in school, while search engines like Google enable instant access to vast amounts of information. Social media platforms allow kids to communicate and collaborate with peers across the globe, broadening their perspectives and fostering a sense of global citizenship. Moreover, digital art tools have opened up new avenues for self-expression and creativity.

However, these benefits are accompanied by drawbacks. Overuse or misuse of technology can lead to negative outcomes such as addiction, lack of physical activity, poor posture, sleep disturbances, and even obesity. Additionally, cyberbullying has become a significant concern in the digital age, negatively impacting a child's mental health and self-esteem.

Furthermore, there is growing evidence to suggest that overreliance on technology can adversely affect attention spans and cognitive development.
