Additionally, advancements in communication technologies have facilitated global collaboration and instantaneous exchanges of ideas, which has sped up the decision-making process in various industries. In education, digital resources such as online lectures, e-books, and learning management systems have made information more accessible to students, ultimately saving time spent on research and travel to libraries.

However, there are also valid concerns that technology may hinder productivity due to its addictive nature and potential for distraction. Social media platforms, instant messaging applications, and other digital entertainment options can consume significant amounts of an individual's time, reducing overall efficiency.
