As technology becomes more integrated into our lives, there is a growing tendency for people to follow pre-set patterns and templates when completing tasks or expressing themselves. For instance, social media platforms have become a primary platform for self-expression, but they often impose strict limitations on content format, such as character limits in tweets, which can restrict one's ability to think outside the box. This reliance on standardization can hinder original thought and creative problem-solving skills, thus making us less creative overall.

Moreover, technology has made it easier for individuals to access information and learn new skills at an unprecedented rate. While this may seem like a positive development, it can also contribute to decreased creativity. When we have instant access to a wealth of knowledge, we tend to rely on existing ideas and solutions rather than generating our own creative ideas.
