Firstly, the increasing pace of technological advancements has made it necessary for people to adapt quickly and embrace change. For instance, the widespread use of smartphones and the internet have transformed the way we communicate, work, and access information. As a result, younger generations are more open to change due to their familiarity with these new technologies.

Secondly, globalization has played a significant role in reducing societal resistance to change. The interconnectedness of nations has exposed people to diverse cultures, ideas, and perspectives, which have broadened their horizons and made them more accepting of change. Moreover, the rise of multinational corporations and international organizations has necessitated cross-cultural collaboration and adaptability.

However, there are still certain aspects of society where resistance to change is evident. For example, in the realm of traditional values and customs, many people cling to longstanding beliefs and practices, often out of a sense of nostalgia or attachment to their cultural identity. Additionally, political ideologies and religious faiths can also create strong barriers to change, as these groups tend to defend their established principles and resist external influences.
