For instance, smartphones and affordable internet plans have become more widespread, making it easier for individuals from all walks of life to access information, education, and communication tools. Moreover, various non-profit organizations and government initiatives have been established to bridge this gap, providing underprivileged communities with the resources they need to participate in the digital age.

On the other hand, there are valid concerns that technology may be exacerbating the divide in some respects. The rise of advanced digital tools and platforms often requires a certain level of technical expertise, which not everyone possesses. As a result, those with limited knowledge or skills may find themselves further excluded from the benefits offered by these technologies.
