However, there are still instances where the influence of powerful entities hinders progress.

Firstly, advancements in technology have played a significant role in increasing society's responsiveness to public opinion. With the rise of social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, individuals can now easily share their thoughts and opinions with a broad audience. This has led to an increase in grassroots movements that demand change on various issues, from environmental conservation to political reform. As a result, governments and corporations have become more aware of public opinion and are increasingly taking it into account when making decisions.
