On one hand, there are several reasons why governments should consider subsidizing electric vehicles. Firstly, EVs produce zero emissions at the tailpipe, reducing air pollution in urban areas and contributing to better overall public health. Furthermore, they can help reduce the world's reliance on fossil fuels, which are finite resources that contribute significantly to climate change.
