They argue that without net neutrality, internet service providers (ISPs) could prioritize certain websites or services based on financial agreements, thereby creating an unequal distribution of resources and opportunities. This scenario would disproportionately affect small businesses, startups, and independent content creators, as they may not be able to afford the premium pricing for faster access or higher bandwidth. In turn, this could lead to a monopoly-like situation where only large corporations with deep pockets can dominate the digital marketplace.
