On one hand, proponents of including practical life skills in the curriculum argue that it is essential for students to learn how to cook and manage their finances. Cooking, they say, not only promotes healthy eating habits but also helps students become self-sufficient and independent. Moreover, learning about finance management from an early age can teach students the importance of budgeting, saving, and investing, which are crucial life skills that are often overlooked in traditional education systems.
