With advancements in telecommunication, leaders can now communicate across vast distances instantaneously through video conferences and emails. This has facilitated greater cooperation and understanding among countries and helped to prevent conflicts from escalating unnecessarily. For example, the United Nations uses technology such as Skype for video conferencing, allowing representatives from different nations to engage in discussions and negotiations easily.

Furthermore, digital platforms have allowed for increased accessibility of information, which has led to a greater awareness of global issues. This awareness can promote collaboration among nations to address common problems such as climate change, terrorism, and poverty.
